The Space:
A tropical paradise awaits outdoors with a pool and fun games. Inside, every corner of the home has been expertly designed and loaded with cool amenities to provide a getaway experience like no other.
Lovely wrap-around porch with outdoor seating (rocker chairs). When you pull up, you have the impression that you are in your own oasis - quiet and cozy. Enter a grand entrance with a 20-foot ceiling and skylight. Pass through the spacious and comfortable home, which features an open kitchen and dining area. The space opens up to the tiki bar and pool area. Sleep/stay for 12 people: 4 bedrooms sleep 10, living room pull out couch sleeps 2. Pack plus
& a play area/space for babies. Dining and living room furniture for 12 people.
LIVING ROOM
65-inch television in the living room with fire stick TV Enjoy fast streaming in Full HD. The couch converts into a bed. Lounge chair with a storage compartment. 2 additional armchairs are available. Decorations include a guitar on the wall (that can be played) and decorations for a coastal home (fish, shells, etc.).
Dedicated workspace. A pleasant working environment in a bright loft space. Distinct from bedrooms.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is outfitted with all of the latest amenities. Brand new refrigerator with ice and water in the door. New oven/stove with built-in roasting and air fryer functions. The dining room seats 10 people and a high counter seats 4 people. Highchair for a baby. Dining seats 12 people and has a high table.
Guest chairs are available. A coffee maker with ground and fresh bean coffee is included in the coffee bar. provided. Make a cup of drip coffee or espresso.

OUTDOOR AREA
Designed for enjoyment! The pool area includes a tiki bar with a mini fridge, a movable stainless steel food prep and work cart table, and a gas grill provided with all necessary tools. It comes with a mini fridge and is covered. Right next to the lavish pool and hot tub is a patio and outdoor dining area. Toys and games are provided for the entire family's enjoyment. There is a game table with foosball. Ping pong and air hockey are two popular games. It's a dart board. Toys and a toddler's table. Pool toys, beach chairs, and a beach wagon are available.
PET FRIENDLY
Pets are welcome. Food and water bowls for dogs are provided. In the backyard, there is grass.
