Within a short walk down the powdery white sandy beach, residents and guests may enjoy the award-winning Siesta Key Beach.  Take the Free Trolley  for quick and easy access to many other amenities, such as volleyball, basketball, tennis, a shaded playground, picnic areas, concession stands, and beautiful pavilion area. Vista Hermosa Property Guide

We offer a no smoking unit which has been recently renovated and is kept very clean to enhance your vacation experience.

Assigned parking is available for your convenience - look for the spot labeled 206C.

All beach chairs, umbrellas, games, and toys are in storage cage across from the front door, in the Laundry Room - look for 206C number.  Code is 1251. 

Please lock it up after every use and don’t bring beach chairs or equipment into the unit. 

The garbage chute is conveniently located across from the unit in the laundry room.  Recycle bins are available in the parking lot area.  Blue containers are designated for plastic, cans, and bottles. Red containers are designated for mixed paper and cardboard.

Please put wet towels and swimsuits in the bathtub or shower to dry. Do not place them on A/C units, railings, or hang outside of the condo.

Help keep everyone safe by not taking glass to the pool area - plastic and metal are ok.  Children under 12 should be accompanied by an adult in the pool area.
